Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends/peak seasons
