Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and distribution teams
- Analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process improvement
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
