Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members through performance coaching and training
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement and transport teams
- Conduct regular audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA Forklift Certification and safety training credentials
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Proven team leadership with conflict resolution expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
