Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain zero-accident record
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery) and implement improvement plans
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and RF scanners
- Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Proven leadership experience with performance-based team management
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
