Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop team of 15+ associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and truck loading
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
