Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and reduce losses
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and transportation
- Conduct regular safety training and audits to maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing 10+ team members
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse equipment
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
