Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management expertise
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Knowledge of California labor laws and DOT regulations
