Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and train warehouse staff (15-20 employees)
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance
- Optimize inventory control procedures and cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient distribution
- Resolve operational issues and process improvements
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
