Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of high-value inventory
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all operations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity metrics by 15%+ annually
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless logistics
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems and warehouse automation technologies
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth phases
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
