Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, throughput, and safety metrics
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
