Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with proven leadership track record
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and performance metrics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
