Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates on safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean principles to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain execution
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
