Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person team with flexible scheduling (4x10 or 5x8 shifts)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety training
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and KPI analytics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency
- Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts
