Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train, mentor, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff members
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain 99.9% safety record
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (OTIF, accuracy, safety)
