Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize daily workflows for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Manage inventory control systems, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance order accuracy
- Handle equipment maintenance scheduling and forklift operator certification oversight
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with distribution centers
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with lean manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
