Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse staff through training and performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software to minimize discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely transportation of goods
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation systems
