Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Optimize receiving, storage, and distribution processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation team to coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification and forklift operation certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team management a plus
