Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies accurately
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new supervisors!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Team player with positive attitude
