Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff to maximize productivity and safety
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout, equipment usage, and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless shipping/receiving processes
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
