Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance with provided safety equipment (PPE, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with provided material handling tools
- Implement process improvements using provided warehouse automation systems
- Conduct regular safety audits with provided inspection tools
- Generate performance reports using provided analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with equipment-provided environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) with provided RF scanner experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of lean principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical assistance tools
