- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) remotely where applicable
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work 40% remotely for administrative tasks, 60% on-site
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
