Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations using WMS software
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics team on cross-functional projects
- Manage equipment maintenance and allocation of resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
