Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance
- Optimize inventory management using provided WMS technology
- Enforce OSHA safety standards with provided safety equipment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using provided scanning systems
- Conduct staff training on provided equipment and SOPs
- Implement process improvements using provided warehouse management tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS software (training provided)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
