Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ employees
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required
