Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain accident-free workplace environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize productivity and space utilization
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations and timely deliveries
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with team management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
