Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15-20 warehouse associates to achieve productivity and safety goals
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including dock scheduling and carrier communication
- Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and process innovation
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift fleet operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Proven leadership in union/non-union environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
