Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE and equipment
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems and provided RF scanners
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fully equipped facility
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally with provided equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
