Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Ensure strict compliance with cold chain protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and warehouse layout efficiency
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety compliance protocols
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in cold chain or logistics
- OSHA Forklift Certification and Hazmat familiarity required
- Proven experience with WMS systems (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work in -20°C freezer environments
- Knowledge of Alaska DOT regulations a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Alaska driver's license
