Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for 10,000+ SKUs
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs and improve order accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Lead cycle counts and annual inventory audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification required
