Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Handle staffing schedules, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 hour training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
