Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Utilize WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments to maintain seamless supply chain flow
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational metrics
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
