- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, dock operations, and cross-docking processes
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure strict adherence to OSHA/HAZMAT protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling equipment utilization
- Manage inventory control systems (WMS experience required)

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and hazardous materials handling expertise
