- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in cold-chain or logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-volume environments
- Experience with Alaskan climate-specific logistics challenges
