Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members with flexible scheduling capabilities
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all processes
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control systems and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proven ability to lead teams in flexible work environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
