Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
