Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and operational procedures.
- Train new hires on safety procedures, equipment operation, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Valid Forklift certification and willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
