- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Certification in OSHA safety protocols preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
