Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with trucking partners
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and process improvements
- Manage inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in cold-chain or logistics
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with Alaskan weather-related logistics challenges
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
