Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and lead a team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control and accuracy through WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs to drive process improvements
- Conduct performance reviews and training initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control systems
- Data analysis experience with Excel/SAP
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
