- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
- Implement and maintain WMS protocols to ensure accurate inventory tracking
- Coordinate with transportation partners for seamless dock scheduling and shipping
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with remote teams on inventory forecasting and procurement needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation tools
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process optimization
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating remote and on-site teams
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Experience with hybrid/remote team management structures
