Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operational areas
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in a distribution center
- Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ associates with strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual Spanish/English preferred
