Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and mentor 15+ warehouse staff with performance metrics
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain 5S safety standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Proven leadership in safety compliance and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
