- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement Lean methodologies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Train staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
