- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 15+ team members to optimize performance and safety
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain KPI-driven efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and corrective action planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven leadership with team development success
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment expertise
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
