Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement Lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation, procurement, and quality control teams
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency and accuracy
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
