Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and optimize warehouse layout
- Conduct performance reviews and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain flow

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
