Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, providing daily guidance, performance feedback, and training
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Analyze operational metrics to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and inventory tracking systems
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance and security
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with inventory optimization and lean methodologies
- Valid Washington State driver's license
