Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods with 99% accuracy
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Manage performance metrics and KPIs including order fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
