Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 15+ team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA compliance programs and maintain accident-free environment
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly reports on operational KPIs and budget variances
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience managing unionized workforce (Teamsters Local 104 preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
