Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare weekly schedules and performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
